Retail Supervisor

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Familiarity with retail sales operations, merchandising, and channel management; basic knowledge of mobile devices and telecom products. Good English communication skills (written and verbal). Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, partner management, or sales development. Ability to train retail staff, execute promotions, and manage partner relationships independently. Experience in telecom products or retail sales is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop retail partners, achieve sales targets, monitor stock levels, and process orders. Execute in-store merchandising, ensure brand visibility, and maintain share of shelf for telecom products. Train and enable retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and ongoing promotions. Conduct market intelligence, competitor monitoring, retail audits, and provide field reports. Support local promotional activities and build strong relationships with retail owners and staff.
