E-commerce Operations & Digital Marketing Coordinator - Full-Time Remote Position

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing modest fashion e-commerce business. This is a full-time remote position for someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a structured and professional work environment. Location This is a fully remote position and applications are welcome from all regions of Algeria. Main Responsibilities Create and publish product listings on our online store Optimise product titles and descriptions for search engines (SEO) Maintain and organise website content and product categories Improve product pages to enhance customer experience and conversions Prepare and manage email marketing campaigns Set up and maintain basic email automation flows Organise and manage product images and digital assets Perform basic image editing tasks such as cropping and resizing Upload blog posts and other website content Support new product launches and collection releases Maintain internal tracking systems using tools such as Google Sheets and Notion Perform additional operational tasks related to the role when required Working Conditions Full-time position 8 working hours per day 5.5 working days per week Fixed working schedule Daily reporting required Working time and activity monitored through time-tracking software Long-term commitment required Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in e-commerce (WooCommerce experience is an advantage) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently A reliable and disciplined work ethic Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing Basic photo editing skills Good written English communication skills Personal Qualities The ideal candidate should: Take ownership of their work Be consistent and dependable Be willing to learn and develop new skills Work effectively as part of a team Be looking for a serious, long-term career opportunity Salary 50,000 – 80,000 DZD per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
