Over seven years experience in Gas Turbine diversified Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, , Calibration, Commissioning and Start up, Site Supervision, Ability to start up Turbo Compressor, Heavy Duty and Aero derivatives, Turbines General Electric with Mark II speedtronics to put in service the units and station control panels and all auxiliary systems (Fire Fighting, Gas detection). . Controlling gas turbine generators (GE 5002 B) devices as vibration, over speed, temperature, pressure, level and flow. Ability to read and interpret P&ID, loop drawings, hook-up drawings, instrument location plan. • Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical related problems in the field. • Installation of Foxboro DP transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meters, frequency drives etc, based on hookup details. • Calibration and re-ranging of smart transmitters/field instruments. • Wiring and termination of field instruments from smart transmitters and sensors in junction boxes and marshalling cabinet. • Monitors the plant parameters such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures, levels, through the displays, graphics and trends. • Control safe start-up. Normal and Shutdown operations by the DCS as per established procedures, operating manuals and good industry practices. • Responsible for Control and Monitoring of the operating conditions by DCS of related facilities during the shift. • Request field operators to check the facility and equipment conditions and to adjust the proper conditions in field operations. • Experience in commissioning, start-up, shutdown, trouble shooting and emergency operates the plant fire and gas detection and fire suppression systems. • Performs first line maintenance by identifying and reports faults. • In emergency situations ensures the safe shutdown, isolation and blow down. • Programmable logic controllers (PLC), SCADA System and (Foxboro RTU20),
